Unpacking Instructions

Your picture frame is supplied in protective packaging to help prevent damage during transit. Please remove all packaging carefully and avoid dropping the frame, as this may cause damage. A4 and A3 frames include a clear acrylic sheet with a protective film on both sides, which should be removed before use. Please note that tile frames do not include an acrylic sheet.

Safety Information

Ensure the frame is securely mounted to prevent it from tipping or falling. If the wooden frame or acrylic sheet becomes damaged, handle it with care as broken edges may cause cuts. This product is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of children and pets. The protective film removed from the acrylic sheet should be disposed of immediately, as it presents a suffocation hazard if left within reach of children or pets.

Care Instructions

To keep your frame looking its best, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid using abrasive cleaning products or excessive moisture.
