Customs expenses at destination or other taxes (tariffs) are not included. If any, the recipient will be responsible for them, as well as being responsible for all import expenses and taxes generated at customs in destination, whether the merchandise is delivered to you or if you do not take charge of it.  Nor will ARTISAN & CO be attributable to the effects produced by strikes, war conflicts or other circumstances such as pandemics beyond its control. ARTISAN & CO will not be responsible for delays in customs clearance, nor if local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in a shipment.

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of receipt (Monday – Friday). Please note, we don’t ship on Weekends or on Spanish public holidays. Our dispatch time might be slightly longer during peak times such as around Christmas.

We use the spanish certified postal system at the moment.

WHAT DO THE SHIPPING COSTS INCLUDE?
Shipping costs also include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. For handling costs, a fixed price applies upon checkout, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. Our advice is to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, for this reason the shipping costs apply to each one individually. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your order after shipping, but we guarantee that we do everything possible to protect each and every one of your orders. The boxes are well packed and all items leave our warehouse well protected.

WHAT DOES NOT THE SHIPPING COSTS INCLUDE?
Customs charges at destination and other taxes (tariffs) are not included. If applicable, the recipient will be responsible for them, as well as for all import charges and taxes generated at the destination customs, whether the goods are delivered or not. We will try to ship the order as quickly as possible, but the recipient must take into account the provisions of the destination country for the import of the requested items, since ARTISAN & CO has no responsibility for them.

Important Notice for U.S.A Customers: Due to recent U.S. tariff changes and shipping restrictions, we must temporarily suspend all shipments to the United States of America until further notice.
